Need a hand with Pentris, Poppin, Droner or Stick the Landing!? Email us and a real person will reply, usually within a few days.

If something isn't working, it helps to tell us which game, your iPhone model, your iOS version (Settings › General › About) and what happened just before the problem.

Where is my progress saved?

On your iPhone. Pentris and Poppin also keep a copy in your own iCloud if you're signed in to iCloud; Droner and Stick the Landing! keep progress on the device only. With iCloud, your progress carries over to a new iPhone or iPad automatically: install the game, open it, and give it a moment to catch up. Without iCloud, deleting the game deletes its progress. We can't restore lost progress because we never receive it.

How do leaderboards and achievements work?

Pentris, Poppin and Droner support Apple's Game Center. Sign in to Game Center (Settings › Game Center) and their scores and achievements are recorded automatically. Open them from the Game Center button in those games (in Droner, the Ranks button). Stick the Landing! has local records and personal best ghosts, without online leaderboards or Game Center.

I can't hear any sound.

Check your iPhone's volume, then check the sound and music switches inside the game. Sound starts after your first tap on the screen.

Do I need an internet connection?

No. All our games play fully offline.

Pentris

How do I play?

Tap to turn a flock, drag to move it, swipe up to send it, and flick down to put it in reserve. Fill a rank to charge the boss. You can replay the tutorial at any time from How to play.

Where are the settings?

Open the Command post to change music, effects, ambience, boss intros and battle tips.

Poppin

How do I play?

Turn your iPhone sideways. Tap bubbles to pop them, and catch glowing bubbles to pick up new toy tools. Each level lasts sixty seconds. You can use two fingers at once.

Where are the settings?

The Sound, Music and Feel (haptics) switches are at the top of the main screen.

Droner

How do I play?

Swipe left, right, up or down to move between three lanes and three heights. Tap to barrel-roll, and hold a finger still to turbo (it burns battery). Grab batteries or fly through charging arches to keep flying. The first run teaches everything step by step.

Where are the settings?

Tap Settings on the main screen for sound, music, camera (chase or first-person), vibration, Reduce motion and Easy mode. Flight Guide replays the animated controls and explains each drone’s special ability.

How do I use my special ability?

Tricks, close calls and deliveries charge the bottom-center ability button. When it is ready, tap it to activate your drone’s special move. The Hangar and Flight Guide explain what each one does.

How do I get away from the yeti?

Hold a finger still to turbo and buy space, then lift to save battery. Keep dodging and collecting charge until the chase timer runs out. A Boost can also help you escape.

What is the Daily Run?

One course a day, the same for every player. Set a best and your flight becomes a ghost you can race on your next try.

Stick the Landing!

How do I play?

Turn your device sideways. Tap to pedal, swipe left or right on the track to steer, and ride over cyan chevrons for acceleration. In the air, swipe for flips and poses, tap for a tailwhip, and use DIVE to aim for clouds or the landing bullseye. Release poses and finish flips before touchdown.

How do I keep my big combo?

Land with your wheels down to bank your points. The landing meter shows when your bike is level. Tricks fill STOKE for extra airtime, and cloud bounces let you keep the jump going.

Why did I earn points after a crash?

Dignity Refund is a small consolation prize for an impressive tumble. It pays far less than a good landing and does not count as a level clear or medal.

Where are my saves and settings?

Scores, unlocked bikes, outfits, upgrades, challenges and personal best ghost replays stay on your device. There is no game account or in-game iCloud sync. Updating the app preserves progress; deleting it removes its local saves. Open SETTINGS from the title screen for sound, music, haptics and graphics options.
